Jonathon Slack-Smith
Jonathon Slack-Smith practises in most areas of commercial law. He has particular experience with construction, corporations and insolvency matters. His practice also covers disputes in relation to the financial and resources industries.
Jonathon has represented clients in courts (including the High Court, Federal Court, Supreme Court and District Court), tribunals, arbitrations and adjudications. He has trial and appellate experience.
Before joining the independent bar, Jonathon worked on wide range of commercial disputes at Solomon Brothers, Dentons and Clayton Utz. He studied undergraduate law at University of Western Australia and postgraduate law at Melbourne University.
