Conor Breheny

Conor Breheny specialises in commercial litigation and dispute resolution, with particular experience in corporate insolvency, contract law, Corporations Act matters, equity & trusts, securities enforcement and insurance. He regularly appears in Court and provides advice in relation to disputed wills & estates, Family Provision Act claims, and guardianship & administration matters.

Conor has appeared as counsel in Western Australian and Federal Courts, at administrative hearings, mediations and at trial.

Conor’s advice is thorough and he communicates in plain language that is frank and easy to understand. He has advised a wide range of clients, from small businesses to ASX listed companies and government entities, giving him the experience to assist in resolving complex disputes commercially and pragmatically.

Prior to coming to the Bar, Conor practiced as a Senior Associate in HWL Ebsworth’s Insurance and Litigation team. In 2019, he was the National Highest Achiever in the Australian Restructuring Insolvency & Turnaround Association’s (ARITA) Advanced Insolvency qualification.
