Nunzio Lucarelli KC

Nunzio Lucarelli KC took silk in 1999. He specialises in large complex commercial disputes including contract law, construction matters, commercial leasing, property, equity, trusts, corporations law, mining law, banking law, administrative law and international commercial arbitration. Nunzio appears in all superior Courts including in the High Court of Australia, the Full Federal Court and other courts of appeal and in international commercial arbitrations.

Nunzio is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a Graduate of the Australia Institute of Company Directors. He is also a Nationally Accredited Mediator.
