Kim Lendich SC is the first woman to chair Francis Burt Chambers in its 61-year history. She is currently the longest-serving female Board member, having become a director soon after joining the Bar in 2012.
Kim served as Vice Chair of Francis Burt Chambers from 2019, and takes over the leadership role from Alain Musikanth SC who was sworn in as a Judge of the Supreme Court of Western Australia earlier this month.
Kim is a generous and natural leader who runs a diverse practice where most of her work is in complex commercial disputes in superior courts. She has also been a regular member of the Essential Trial Advocacy Course for barristers. Kim has also served on a number of external boards and committees.
As Chair, Kim looks forward to working closely with Vice, Clinton Russell and the newly elected directors Gary Cobby SC, Matthew Curwood SC, Bettina Mangan SC, Eric Heenan SC, Rachel Joseph, Carolyn Moss, Benjamin Tomasi and Kelly Zhang.
