Benjamin Tomasi

Ben Tomasi practices in commercial and public law. He appears, both led and unled, in the superior courts in Western Australia, and has appeared as junior counsel in the High Court of Australia.

Ben is regularly instructed in high value and complex commercial litigation. He also acts for and against public authorities in commercial cases.

Prior to joining the Bar, Ben worked as a solicitor at a large international law firm and at the State Solicitor’s Office. He was Associate to the Hon. Chief Justice Kiefel at the High Court of Australia, and has lectured and tutored in constitutional law and jurisprudence. He holds a BCL with Distinction from Oxford University.
