Profile

Natasha Stewart practises in criminal law and advocacy, as well as all aspects of family law including violence restraining orders. She also regularly prosecutes on behalf of WA Police and the Commonwealth DPP.

Natasha specialises in court appearance work and has a busy trial practice. Her well-developed negotiation skills, strong and effective advocacy, and an emphasis on personal communication ensure the best representation and strong working relationships.

Having taught the criminal law unit at the Perth College of Law for several years, Natasha is currently a guest lecturer in advocacy at the College. She appears pro bono on worthy cases and is a former board member of the Mental Health Law Centre.

Natasha is a qualified Mediator and is a Professional Member of the Resolution Institute. She is qualified to conduct mediations in all fields and has a particular specialty in family law.  She can provide a suite of rooms for the process to occur at Francis Burt Chambers or travel to other locations.

Natasha is admitted to practice in WA, NSW, NT, ACT, SA, England and Wales. She has several degrees, including an LLB from ANU and an LLM in the specialisation of international criminal law from the University of London.

Natasha is available to appear in courts across WA and interstate.
