Dr David Cox provides advisory opinions and court representation in the areas of commercial law and litigation.
 
While he is happy to accept instructions in most areas of law, his practice has a strong focus on the laws as they impact upon:

David has a reputation for pursuing innovative outcomes that are tailored to the specific needs and circumstances of his clients. He has been recognised in a range of peer surveys as a leader in the fields of Health and Aged Care Law, Intellectual Property Law and Media and Telecommunications Law.

David is a Notary Public for the State of Western Australia and a current Commissioner and Chairman of the Law Reform Commission of Western Australia.
