· Turn a client’s instructions into admissible evidence.
· Adduce that evidence effectively in court.
· Test another party’s evidence effectively in cross-examination.
Presenters will include Paul Yovich SC, Kim Lendich SC, Eric Heenan SC, Rachel Joseph, Carolyn Moss, Thomas Pontre and Shirley Casey.
This session will be held before the annual Bali Piddington Conference and will not require preparation by attendees. It will be followed by cocktails and canapes.
