Nicholas Rodda
Nicholas Rodda is experienced in all aspects of Family Law including as counsel at both trial and interim levels with considerable experience in both complex financial and parenting proceedings.
He is a member of the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia and the Family Law Practitioner's Association of Western Australia.
Nick Graduated from the University of Melbourne in 1992. He was admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia 1993 and admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2002.
He has been practising Family Law since 1993 and became an Accredited Family Law Specialist in 1999.
He moved to Western Australia in 2002 and was a Partner at O’Sullivan Davies from 2007. Doyles Guide recognised Nick as a leading Family Law and Divorce lawyer and the firm as a top tier firm for Western Australia Family Law from 2012.
Nick is a qualified Family Law Arbitrator and has also been accredited as a mediator by the Australian Institute of Family Law Arbitrators and Mediators.
He has also presented numerous seminars and papers relating to Family Law matters.
Nick also provides advice and opinions in regard to Family Law matters at all stages.
