James Nagle accepts briefs in all areas of commercial law.

James has particular experience in corporate insolvency, contract disputes, misleading or deceptive conduct, securities and financial services law, directors’ liability, personal property securities law, class actions, equity and trusts.

Prior to joining the Bar, James was a senior associate in the litigation team of King & Wood Mallesons in Perth. He previously worked at the Supreme Court of Western Australia, Court of Appeal as an associate to the Hon Justice Murphy and the Hon Justice Pullin.

James holds a Master of Laws with First Class Honours from the University of Melbourne, a Bachelor of Laws with Distinction and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Western Australia and an ARITA Advanced Certification (Advanced Insolvency) from the University of Technology Sydney.
