Alexandra Turner

Prior to commencing at the bar, Alexandra was a senior associate in a Western Australian firm in commercial litigation, with a focus on contentious wills and probate disputes including proceedings under the Family Provision Act, trusts and elder law. She was previously a lawyer at a boutique national intellectual property firm and Associate to the Hon Justice Pritchard of the Supreme Court of Western Australia and the State Administrative Tribunal. Alexandra has appeared in most Courts and Tribunals in Western Australia, including the State Administrative Tribunal.

Alexandra has developed a reputation for providing well reasoned and practical advice, and for bringing a compassionate approach to difficult dynamics including in the context of deeply personal litigation.

Alexandra is a committee member of the WA branch of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and she chairs its CPD and events sub-committee.
