Pip Honey

Pip accepts briefs in all areas of commercial law. Her practice focuses on contractual disputes, insolvency, corporations law and consumer law.

She regularly acts for corporations, financial institutions, local government and ASIC in complex disputes.

Pip has appeared in most courts and tribunals, with particular experience in the Federal Court of Australia and Supreme Court of Western Australia.

Before joining the Bar, Pip was a Senior Associate in Lavan’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Team, where she acted in a broad range of commercial matters.
