Darren Pratt
Darren Pratt has practiced in commercial litigation since being admitted to practice in 1999.
His practice encompasses most areas of commercial litigation. In recent years, much of Darren’s work has involved complex construction and resources related matters. He also has significant experience in relation to contractual disputes, competition and consumer law, restraint of trade, intellectual property (confidential information and copyright) and investigations by regulatory bodies.
He has appeared in the High Court, Full Federal Court, Federal Magistrate’s Court, State Courts of Appeal and Supreme Courts, Administrative Appeals Tribunal (Cth), State Administrative Tribunal (WA) and international and domestic arbitrations.
Prior to joining the Bar, Darren was a litigation partner and in-house counsel at Jackson McDonald.
