Craig Hershowitz

Craig has broad litigation experience, with a focus on commercial litigation, equity, succession disputes (including contested probate, family provision and estate administration) and trusts. He also has experience in guardianship and administration, criminal law and restraining orders.

Craig is an experienced and confident advocate, having appeared as counsel in interlocutory hearings and trials across a range of courts and tribunals.

Prior to joining the bar, Craig was a partner at an established boutique firm, where he maintained a wide-ranging practice.
