On Tuesday last week, FBC Member Robert French presented a CPD session on ‘Protecting customers, confidential information and your workforce from departing employees’.
The session, hosted at Bennett – Litigation and Commercial Law, involved a practical discussion on managing the risks associated with departing employees, including post‑employment restraints, the protection of confidential information and maintaining workforce stability.
