Francis Burt Chambers congratulates the winners of The Law Society of Western Australia‘s 2022 Mock Trial Competition – the Aquinas College WA Red team and their coordinating teacher, Hannah Smith.
Board Chair Alain Musikanth SC joined Law Society Senior Vice President, Ante Golem at the Awards Ceremony and was pleased to confirm Francis Burt Chambers’ continued support for the competition which builds students’ advocacy skills and introduces them to the WA court system as they argue hypothetical legal matters in ‘real life’ settings.
Chambers has been pleased to be the Student Access Program partner for this popular legal education initiative, assisting teams from less advantaged schools to take part. In 2022, Francis Burt Chambers’ member, Tina Forde was also pleased to volunteer as a coach of Kelmscott SHS.
