Tim Drok

Tim has a broad practice and accepts briefs in all areas of commercial law.

Prior to joining the bar, Tim spent close to 10 years working in top tier disputes practices in Perth and London, most recently as a Principal Associate at Bennett. He has worked on a wide variety of disputes in multiple jurisdictions and has particular expertise in: corporate disputes, contractual disputes, tort claims, and property disputes.

Tim regularly appears as counsel, both led and unled, including in the Supreme, District, Magistrates, and Federal Circuit Courts.

Tim is known for being pragmatic, commercial, and easy to work with. He will work closely with his instructing solicitors to achieve the optimal results for clients.
