Kate Reynolds
Kate’s area of expertise is medical and health care law. She is experienced as counsel in medical negligence matters, coronial inquest and medical disciplinary matter.
Prior to joining the Bar Kate practised for 10 years in medical and health care law, advising across a variety of jurisdictions including civil, criminal, professional conduct, employment and coronial.
Kate has an interest in all medical law and medical administration, inclusive of medical ethics, health policy, health insurance, aged care, guardianship and health contracts.
In addition to her legal qualifications, Kate holds a master in bioethics, a graduate diploma in occupational safety and health,
and a bachelor of science. She has maintained registration as a nurse for 23 years.
Kate is also willing to accept briefs in personal injury, workplace health and safety, and industrial disease matters.
