Justin Edwards

Justin Edwards practises in all areas of native title and administrative law.

Justin has accumulated experience in native title since commencing practise for a native title representative body in 2004. He has acted for native title claimants and native title holders in Western Australia, Queensland and the Northern Territory, as well as the Commonwealth of Australia.

Since commencing at Francis Burt Chambers in 2012, Justin has broadened his practice by drawing upon the administrative law aspects of native title. He advises and appears as counsel in the judicial review of migration decisions in the Federal Circuit Court and Federal Court of Australia. He also advises and appears as counsel in reviews of tax decisions in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.
