The Hon Michael Corboy SC acts solely as a mediator and arbitrator and does not provide legal advice or representation.
He was a Judge of the Supreme Court of Western Australia between 2010 and 2023. He served as a commercial and managed causes list judge, a member of Court of the Appeal and as the judge in charge of the Court's criminal lists.
He was formerly a partner in an international law firm, a member of its national board of partners and the head of the dispute resolution section of its Perth office. He joined the independent Bar in 1996 and was appointed senior counsel in 2002. He appeared principally in commercial cases but acted in all practice areas. He conducted arbitrations, mediations and expert determinations while at the Bar and has acted as a court appointed mediator.
