The Hon Graeme Murphy SC
The Hon Graeme Murphy SC acts solely as a mediator and arbitrator and does not provide legal advice or representation.
He was a Judge of the Supreme Court of Western Australia for 14 years between 2009 and 2023. He first served as a judge in the commercial causes list of the Court in 2009/2010.
He was appointed to the Court of Appeal in 2010 and served as an appellate judge for over 12 years.
Prior to his appointment to judicial office he practised at the West Australian bar, principally in commercial disputes, having been appointed Senior Counsel in 2003. Prior to joining the bar he was a partner in an international law firm and had worked in Sydney and London.
