Lee McIntosh Presents at National Environmental Law Association Event

Lee McIntosh of Francis Burt Chambers recently presented a seminar on “Legal challenges to environmental decision-making: public interest advocacy or lawfare?” at an National Environmental Law Association (NELA) event in WA, hosted by Clayton Utz.

Lee’s seminar explored the complex ethical dimensions of environmental legal practice and sparked an insightful discussion among attendees, which included Judge Henry Jackson, Deputy President of the State Administrative Tribunal, and many of Western Australia’s leading environmental lawyers.
