Francis Burt Chambers – COVID-19 update

In response to the ongoing risks presented by the emerging COVID-19 situation in WA, the Board of Francis Burt Chambers has adopted the following policy effective Saturday, 30 April 2022:

Anyone attending Chambers must:

  • present at our reception desk on Level 25;
  • provide proof of:
    • pull vaccination against COVID-19 (including booster if eligible) by showing their COVID-19 Digital Certificate via an approved government format such as via the Service WA app, Medicare app etc, or a printed immunisation certificate, together with their current photo IDor
    • medical exemption as registered through the Australian Immunisation Register;
  • sanitise and check in using the FBC QR Code or manual sign-in sheets;
  • practise safe physical distancing of at least 1.5m and avoid physical contact such as shaking hands;
  • provide proof of exemption if applicable.

Anyone attending Chambers is also encouraged to wear a mask while on our premises, and must do so if required by WA Government direction.

Please do not attend our Chambers, and either arrange an online meeting or reschedule any in-person meeting, if you are:

  • a close contact of someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 (while they were considered infectious), or a person who has had face-to-face contact or shared a close space (for any length of time) with such a person;
  • experiencing fever, cough, sore throat or any other cold or flu symptoms; or
  • otherwise feeling unwell.
