FBC Welcomes Dr Jared Clements

FBC is pleased advise the arrival of Dr Jared Clements to Francis Burt Chambers from 1 July 2026.

Jared is the author of the trusts and partnerships chapters in Principles of Taxation Law (Thomson Reuters, 2026) and has published widely in peer-reviewed journals.  He holds a PhD in Law from the University of Western Australia, along with a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from Murdoch University, where he received the Vice-Chancellor’s Commendation.  Jared is a Fellow of The Tax Institute and serves on its WA State Council and State Taxes Committee.  He is open to briefs from law and accounting firms.
