Francis Burt Chambers is pleased to welcome April Jarmoszewicz.
Prior to joining the bar, following her admission in 2020, April represented clients as a criminal defence lawyer as an acting Senior Federal Prosecutor for the CDPP in 2022.
April later represented the Commonwealth as a lawyer for the Australian Securities and Investments Commission and in 2025 April was a senior associate at a Western Australia based law firm.
April has appeared in the Children’s Court, Magistrates Court, District Court and Supreme Court in Western Australia either for accused persons or as a prosecutor, for offences committed against both Western Australia and the Commonwealth.
April is onboarding through our pupillage programme, and we are excited to be a part of this new journey in her career.
