Francis Burt Chambers congratulates the Hon Michael Corboy SC, who has been appointed Deputy Commissioner of the Corruption and Crime Commission.
Michael commenced at Francis Burt Chambers in July 1996 and was appointed Senior Counsel in 2002.
In April 2010, he was appointed to the Supreme Court. Michael served at the Court for 13 years until his welcomed return to Chambers in 2023.
Michael has made a significant contribution both to the profession and to Francis Burt Chambers. He served on the Board between 1996 and 2010, including as Vice Chairperson between 2003 and 2006 and Chairperson between 2006 and 2010.
