Paul Mendelow has over 30 years’ experience in litigation with emphasis on Trade Practices, contractual disputes, insurance law, estates litigation and defending Occupational Safety prosecutions (involving death or serious injury).
He regularly appears in the Superior Courts (at both trial and appellate level) in matters involving large, complex litigation.
High Court appearances include Henville v Walker (2001) 206 CLR 459 and Vigolo v Boston (2005) 221 CLR 191.
Publications include the following articles published in the Australian Law Journal:
