Tim Coyle practises in commercial litigation in a wide range of areas.
He has appeared as counsel in proceedings in the Magistrates Court, District Court, Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, Federal Circuit Court, Federal Court, State Administrative Tribunal, Fair Work Commission, Industrial Relations Commission, Family Court and other forums.
These matters have included contractual claims, tortious claims including professional negligence, insolvency, property disputes including sale of land and landlord and tenant, trusts and equity, trade practices including misleading or deceptive conduct, banking and finance, corporate disputes, employment law, family law and intellectual property.
