Steven has a particular interest in alternative dispute resolution and is an accredited mediator. He has successfully mediated the resolution of more than a dozen disputes, and has published in this area.

Steven also has extensive competition law experience which includes price fixing, market power and restraint of trade cases, negotiations with the ACCC and preparation of notifications for joint ventures and marketing arrangements, and advice in relation to advertising and misleading and deceptive conduct issues.
