Profile
Sarah Oliver is well known for her expertise in Commonwealth law, with significant experience in Commonwealth and State criminal law matters. She accepts defence and prosecution briefs for opinion work, trials and appeals.
She is also experienced in Commonwealth administrative law, and accepts briefs in FOI and privacy, migration, environmental law, social security, veteran’s affairs and workers’ compensation matters.
Sarah accepts grants of legal aid. She is on the legal aid panels for sexual offences, serious indictable offences, Magistrate’s Court and other indictable offences, Children’s Court and appeals.
She is also passionate about animal welfare issues, and prosecutes matters for the RSPCA on a pro-bono basis.
