Leo Tsaknis provides legal advice, risk assessment and litigation, mediation and arbitration services to government, corporations (including publicly listed companies), parliamentary bodies, committees of inquiry and individuals in a broad range of matters.
He primarily specialises in:
• Wills, trust and estates, including Family Provision Act matters
Leo regularly appears as counsel in the Supreme Court, Federal Court, administrative tribunals, disciplinary and investigative bodies and Commissions of Inquiry, arbitrations and mediations.
He is also highly regarded as an experienced and effective lecturer and presenter.
