Profile

Ben practices in Commercial, Public and Taxation Law. He also has experience dealing with coronial inquests, criminal appeals, workplace relations law and matters with national security or law enforcement implications. He has a particular interest in regulatory law and its application in the commercial sector.

Ben studied at the University of Oxford as a Rhodes Scholar and has worked as a solicitor at (now) Herbert Smith Freehills, as an associate to the Hon Justice Kenneth Hayne AC QC at the High Court of Australia and Counsel Assisting the Solicitor-General of the Commonwealth.

Ben practices in Perth and is also a member of List A Barristers in Melbourne where he practiced from Owen Dixon West Chambers.
