Neha Dubey

Neha Dubey accepts briefs in commercial, public and international law and has broad litigation experience in a number of jurisdictions (such as the High Court, Federal Court, Supreme Court of WA, Warden’s Court of WA, AAT, ILOAT, UNDT and UNAT). She has a particular focus on fraud, regulatory matters and commercial disputes.

In Australia, Neha began her career as the Associate to the Hon. Justice Corboy of the Supreme Court of Western Australia before working for top tier commercial law firms in Perth and Hong Kong. She also worked in the litigation team of the Australian Tax Office.

Internationally, Neha has worked at UNAKRT in Phnom Penh, is instructed by numerous treaty-based organisations and multilateral development banks, and advises on all areas of international administrative law. She also advises the Athletics Integrity Unit in Monaco and is listed on the National Sports Tribunal Legal Assistance Panel.

Neha is comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and develops case management strategies that are pragmatic and efficient in order to reach the best legal outcome for her clients.

Neha is fluent in French and Hindi. She is also a Legal Officer in the Navy Reserve.
