Asanka Gunasekera specialises in workers’ compensation, personal injury, insurance and employment law. He also accepts instructions on OH&S and criminal matters.
Asanka was admitted to practice in 2009 following completion of the 10 year Managing Clerkship.
Today, he is a member of the Law Society of Western Australia and serves on its Personal Injury & Workers’ Compensation sub-committee. He is also a member of the WA Bar Association and serves on its Diversity Sub-Committee.
In addition to his practise, Asanka has taught Occupational Health and Safety (Industrial Relations) at Curtin University; and is Chairperson of the WA AIDS Council (Inc).
