Profile

Adam Sharpe practises primarily in public law, including constitutional and administrative law, judicial review applications, planning appeals, regulatory prosecutions, native title and employment law.  

Adam has appeared in a variety of courts and tribunals – as sole counsel in the Federal Court, Supreme Court, District Court, Magistrates Court, State Administrative Tribunal, Fair Work Commission and Industrial Relations Commission; and as junior counsel in the High Court of Australia, Full Court of the Federal Court of Australia and Western Australian Court of Appeal.
