Profile

Adam Nolan’s practice spans all areas of insurance law, personal injuries litigation and criminal law.

In all matters and with all clients, Adam adopts a flexible approach. He recognises that the law is not a one-size-fits-all prospect, that every matter requires careful consideration and close consultation with clients, and that solutions to legal problems must be carefully tailored to the client’s individual circumstances.

Prior to joining the Bar, Adam was a Partner at Trewin Norman & Co, where he practised as a barrister and solicitor for over 13 years. He is also a member of the Legal Aid WA Criminal Law Panel for Magistrate and Other Indictable Offences.

Adam has appeared as counsel in the Supreme, District and Magistrates Courts of Western Australia, Workcover WA, Administrative Appeals Tribunal, State Administrative Tribunal and Coroner’s Court.
