Katja has been involved in major and complex commerical litigation and has regularly appeared as counsel in the Courts. These matters have involved public and private companies, professional firms and individuals across a variety of industries.

Her practice ranges from banking and contractual disputes, contentious insolvency and corporate restructuring, professional negligence and reviews to disputes involving governmental departments and agencies.

Katja was admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in February 2000 and the High and Federal Courts in 2001. She was employed by Freehills from January 2001 to April 2008.
